招商轮船4月29日公告，为简化分红程序，董事会提请股东大会批准，授权公司董事会在2024年半年度，结合累积未分配利润与当期实现的归属上市股东净利润进行分红。以截止2024年6月30日的总股本为基数，派发现金红利总金额不超过当期实现的归属上市股东净利润的50%（合并报表口径）。2024年4月29日，公司召开第七届董事会第八次董事会、第七届监事会第七次会议，会议均审议通过了《关于提请股东大会授权董事会开展2024年中期分红的议案》，并同意将该事项提交公司2023年年度股东大会审议。
